Everything you need to know about pregnancy and sunscreen
Pregnancy will have you see many aspects of your daily routine in a new light - your diet, the way you sleep, the products you use, exposure to the sun etc. It is not surprising to know that many pregnant mummies ponder about the skincare products they use on their skin, face and hair. Due to concerning claims on whether there are unsafe ingredients found in sunscreen, it has caused many hesitations amongst pregnant mummies.
Despite all these uncertainties and statements, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists also encourages pregnant women to continue using sunscreen as part of their daily routine, as it can help reduce dark spots on the skin known as melasma.
