Local Shipping Methods & Rates

For purchases above SGD$50, we offer free delivery.
For purchases under SGD$50, the delivery charge is SGD$4.

International Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer different types of shipping via FedEx depending on how fast you want your deliveries to be! As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each country, please refer to the shipping section in the check-out page for more information.
We offer free international shipping for purchases above SGD$250.

United States

• For purchases below SGD$150, there will be a shipping fee calculated via FedEx upon checkout.
• For purchases above SGD$150, we offer free shipping.

Indonesia - Suspended due to the pandemic

Indonesia customers’ orders will be sent and packed from Indonesia by local courier to avoid the hassle of customs and for shorter delivery times.

• For purchases below SGD$80, there will be standard rate of $8 shipment charge.
• For purchases above SGD$80, we offer free shipping.

Who Is Responsible For International Custom Duties?

International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government.
Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. All parcels are shipped from Singapore to your address.
Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.

I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out, help!

If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is likely to be in your SPAM / Junk folder. “Sigi” in Sigi Skin sometimes triggers the more fervent firewalls! We apologise if it is not found in your SPAM folder, please contact us at hello@sigiskin.com and we will sort it out.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

Upon check-out, a thank you email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your order locally and 3-4 business days for international orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!

I cannot track my order.

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Sigi Skin order can reach you as quickly as possible.
Please refer below for estimated shipping timings:
Local orders: 3-5 business days
International orders: 4-7 business days
Please allow the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipping status. If your tracking number is not working at all, please reach out to us at hello@sigiskin.com and we will assist you.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

We highly encourage you to sign up for our emails and follow our social media. We will share the latest launches, news and offers through these platforms. While we may not offer discount codes often, we do have kits and seasonal kits that are priced at a great value. Please note that each discount code can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.

Can I use more than one promo code?

You can only use one promo code per order. If you encounter more than one working promo code, please choose the one more attractive to you!
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes unless otherwise stated.
All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once they expire. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Sigi Skin reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.
If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact us at hello@sigiskin.com.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you like our products as much as we do but if that is not the case, we will accept returns on any unopened and unused products purchased from www.sigiskin.com and official pop-ups with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date confirmation for a refund in store credits or an exchange.
If you purchased your Sigi Skin Products at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
All packaging and/or wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted for refund or an exchange.
We will only proceed with the exchange or refund upon receiving the product. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Please reach out to us at hello@sigiskin.com with your order number and your reason for return.
Items that are purchased during sales or using a promotion code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges are one time only.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Unfortunately, yes. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Also, underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

I did not receive what I ordered.

We are really sorry about this. Please contact us at hello@sigiskin.com and we will help you get your correct products ASAP!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal and AliPay. Unfortunately we do not accept cash orders or cheques at the moment.

When will I be charged?

Your chosen mode of payment will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes of course they are cruelty-free! As animal lovers ourselves, we do not condone any form of animal cruelty and we do not test on animals.

Are your products safe for use for all ages?

Yes, our products are safe to use for all ages. As a general rule, we recommend doing a patch test for Morning Glow on younger children (10 and below). Likewise for people aged 20 and above for Dream Capsule. 

Where can I buy your products?

Currently our main point of sales, is at our website www.sigiskin.com. We do conduct pop-up stores from time to time; do visit our social media pages for more information about it!

Are your products completely natural/ organic?

As much as we strive to achieve producing formulas that are as natural as possible, it is far more important for the formula to be safe, stable and effective for your skin. Not all natural ingredients are safe. Rest assured that we take utmost care in making sure that gentle and low-hazard ingredients (synthetic and natural) are used in our formulas.

Does anyone else have access to my information?

No, we respect your privacy. Information given to us will not be shared to any third parties.

How do I earn Happy Points?

You can earn happy points by signing up, referring your friend, leaving reviews, following us on social media. For all qualifying purchases, earn points for every dollar spent.

How do I redeem Happy Points?

• Click on the rewards button on the lower left-hand corner to be taken to your happy redemption page!
• There are various rewards to redeem such as 10% of your next purchase, or merchandises.
• For product redemptions, please simply leave the code at the notes section upon check out, it will not work in the discount code box.
• For price discount redemptions, please apply the code directly in the discount code box.
• Happy points earned can only be used for redemption with your next purchase, and it cannot be redeemed alone.

Is there any expiry date for Happy Points?

All happy points have an expiry of one year from purchase date!
