Happy International Women’s Day!
International Women’s Day is one where we celebrate a gender equal world where we can put down our discrimination among the sexes and come together to acknowledge the value, the work and achievement of women to address gender parity.
This is to also commemorate not only the success of women from all walks of life, but also the work in progress to push our society to accept women as they are with all their abilities and not to propel the way of leadership roles that are often awarded to men due to a biassed take against women and their potential.
We are proud to share that Sigi Skin is founded and now supported by a women-led team in which opportunities are equal. We stand by providing women a platform to grow and learn as well to empower them, in hopes of inspiring others to do the same as well.
To kickstart this meaningful month of March, we are glad to share that we have pledged to donate 5% of our proceeds made from 1-8th March to Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT), to provide opportunities for underprivileged women to earn a living, as well as assisting them in gaining financial independence and a better future. Every woman should have an equal chance at succeeding in life as men do, which is why we aim to help as much as we can.
