Impact of blue light on skin: Protect against Digital Aging

Difference between Blue Light and UV Light (Ultraviolet Light)
Blue Light are very short, high energy waves that sit next to UV Light on the light spectrum. While both light types come naturally from the sun, blue light is also emitted from screens of computers, phones, or any electronic device. But blue light skin damage is much less talked about than UV damage, when in fact its harmful effects penetrate deeper into your skin compared to UV.
How to prevent blue light damage:
- Use sunscreen: They aren’t lying when they say prevention is better than cure. Opt for a physical sunscreen as opposed to a chemical one for daily use.
