These Terms & Conditions govern the Sigi Skin Golden Draw 2026 (“Promotion”), organised by Sigi Beauty Pte Ltd, trading as Sigi Skin (“Sigi Skin”, “we”, “us” or the “Organiser”).

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00am Singapore Time on 24 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm Singapore Time on 15 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Only eligible purchases successfully completed and paid for during the Promotion Period will qualify for entries.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who make a qualifying purchase through Sigi Skin’s official online store during the Promotion Period.

Employees of Sigi Beauty Pte Ltd, and persons directly involved in the administration or conduct of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate.

Participants must provide valid contact information with their order so that they may be contacted if selected as a winner.

3. How to Enter

No separate entry form is required.

Eligible entries will be allocated automatically based on the final qualifying merchandise value of each eligible order after discounts and promotional vouchers have been applied.

Delivery charges, gift cards and other non-product charges do not count towards the qualifying spend.

24 October to 30 October 2026 — Double Chances

For eligible orders placed between 12:00am on 24 October 2026 and 11:59pm on 30 October 2026:

Every complete S$100 of qualifying spend earns 2 entries.

Examples:

* S$100 qualifying spend = 2 entries
* S$199 qualifying spend = 2 entries
* S$200 qualifying spend = 4 entries
* S$350 qualifying spend = 6 entries
* S$500 qualifying spend = 10 entries

31 October to 15 November 2026

For eligible orders placed between 12:00am on 31 October 2026 and 11:59pm on 15 November 2026:

Every complete S$100 of qualifying spend earns 1 entry.

Examples:

* S$100 qualifying spend = 1 entry
* S$199 qualifying spend = 1 entry
* S$200 qualifying spend = 2 entries
* S$350 qualifying spend = 3 entries
* S$500 qualifying spend = 5 entries

Only complete S$100 increments qualify.

Qualifying spend is calculated per individual order. Incomplete S$100 amounts cannot be carried forward or combined with another order.

There is no maximum number of entries a participant may earn during the Promotion Period.

4. Cancelled, Refunded or Invalid Orders

Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, reversed, fraudulent or subject to a successful chargeback before the draw will not qualify for the Promotion, and all corresponding entries will be void.

Where an order is partially refunded before the draw, Sigi Skin may recalculate the number of eligible entries based on the final retained qualifying spend.

Sigi Skin reserves the right to remove entries associated with orders reasonably determined to be fraudulent, fictitious or otherwise invalid.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize — 1 Winner

The Grand Prize consists of:

1 × Authentic Cartier Trinity Bracelet, Ref. CRB6016700
+ S$100 Sigi Skin Store Credit

The Cartier Trinity Bracelet is an authentic pre-owned item from Xenia’s personal collection. It has been lightly worn and maintained in excellent condition.

The actual bracelet being awarded will be shown in Sigi Skin’s campaign photographs and/or videos.

The winner will receive the actual bracelet depicted in the Promotion materials, together with any packaging, accessories or documentation expressly shown or stated by Sigi Skin as being included.

No other packaging, accessories, documentation or services are included unless expressly stated.

The Cartier bracelet is awarded in its disclosed existing condition and is not exchangeable for cash, Sigi Skin credit or another item.

S$100 Sigi Skin Store Credit

The Grand Prize winner will additionally receive S$100 in Sigi Skin Store Credit.

The Store Credit:

* is redeemable for products purchased through Sigi Skin’s official online store;
* is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued;
* cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
* cannot be used to purchase gift cards;
* is non-transferable; and
* may be used together with other promotions unless the terms of a particular promotion expressly state otherwise.

Any unused balance will expire at the end of the applicable validity period.

Second Prize — 1 Winner

The Second Prize consists of:

S$200 Sigi Skin Store Credit
+ 1 × Sigi Skin 2-in-1 Duffle Bag

The S$200 Sigi Skin Store Credit:

Any unused balance will expire at the end of the applicable validity period.

The Sigi Skin 2-in-1 Duffle Bag is not exchangeable for cash, Store Credit or another product.

6. One Prize Per Participant

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize in the Promotion.

If a participant who has already won the Grand Prize is subsequently selected for the Second Prize, that selection will be disregarded and a further random selection will be conducted for the Second Prize.

7. Winner Selection

All valid entries earned during the Promotion Period will be placed into the eligible entry pool.

Each valid entry will be assigned an entry number.

The winners will be selected by computerised random selection from the complete pool of valid entry numbers.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected first, followed by the Second Prize winner.

8. Draw Details

The draw will take place on:

Date: 18 November 2026
Time: 2:00pm Singapore Time
Location: Sigi Skin Office, Orchard Shopping Centre, #07-01, Singapore
Broadcast: Instagram Live via Sigi Skin’s official Instagram account

The draw will be conducted under the supervision of Sigi Beauty Pte Ltd and streamed live so members of the public may observe the winner-selection process in real time.

If the Instagram Live is interrupted by a material technical issue before the winners are successfully determined, Sigi Skin may pause and resume the draw as soon as reasonably practicable and will communicate any updated arrangements through its official Instagram account.

9. Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Sigi Skin to verify:

* their identity;
* the qualifying order associated with their entries;
* their eligibility under these Terms & Conditions; and
* the validity of the selected entry.

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has provided false information, or cannot verify the relevant qualifying purchase, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.

10. Winner Notification

Each winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the relevant qualifying purchase.

Sigi Skin will notify each winner of the prize won within 7 days following the draw.

Winners must respond to Sigi Skin within 7 calendar days from Sigi Skin’s first notification.

Sigi Skin will not require any winner to make payment in order to receive a prize.

11. Publication of Results

The results of the Promotion will be published on Sigi Skin’s official website and/or official Instagram account following the draw.

For privacy purposes, Sigi Skin may identify a winner using limited identifying information, such as the winner’s first name together with a partially masked surname or order number.

12. Unclaimed Prizes

A prize will be considered unclaimed if:

* the selected winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of Sigi Skin’s first notification;
* Sigi Skin is unable to contact the winner after reasonable attempts;
* the winner declines the prize;
* the winner is found to be ineligible; or
* the winner is unable to verify the qualifying purchase associated with the selected entry.

An unclaimed prize will be awarded through a further random draw from the remaining valid eligible entries.

The date, time, location and livestream details of any further draw will be published on Sigi Skin’s official website and/or official Instagram account before that draw is conducted.

The replacement winner will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.

13. Prize Collection and Delivery

Sigi Skin will contact each verified winner to arrange prize collection or delivery.

The Cartier Grand Prize winner will receive the actual Cartier Trinity Bracelet shown in Sigi Skin’s Promotion materials.

Sigi Skin will arrange for the relevant prize to be provided to each verified winner without unreasonable delay.

Any risk of loss or damage to a physical prize passes to the winner upon collection.

14. Cartier Disclaimer

Cartier is not a sponsor, organiser, administrator or partner of the Sigi Skin Golden Draw 2026 and has not endorsed or otherwise participated in this Promotion.

The Cartier name is used solely to accurately identify the Grand Prize.

All Cartier names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Personal Data

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Sigi Skin for purposes including:

* administering the Promotion;
* calculating and verifying entries;
* conducting the draw;
* contacting and verifying winners;
* arranging prize fulfilment;
* publishing the Promotion results; and
* complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sigi Skin’s applicable Privacy Policy.

16. Fraud, Manipulation and Abuse

Sigi Skin reserves the right to disqualify a participant or invalidate entries where Sigi Skin reasonably determines that there has been:

* fraudulent purchasing activity;
* fabricated orders;
* manipulation of the Promotion or draw process;
* use of false or misleading customer details;
* improper payment reversals or chargebacks;
* duplicated or otherwise invalid entries; or
* conduct intended to obtain entries contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

17. Changes to the Promotion

If circumstances outside Sigi Skin’s reasonable control make a change necessary for the proper, fair or lawful administration of the Promotion, Sigi Skin may make reasonable amendments to these Terms & Conditions.

Any material change affecting participants will be communicated through Sigi Skin’s official website and/or official social-media channels.

Sigi Skin will not make a change for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging entries already validly earned.

18. General

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Sigi Skin’s decisions concerning entry validity, winner verification and administration of the Promotion will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of Singapore.
